Great on phone but no load on iPad

Enjoyed it on my 6s that is always overstuffed with apps. Streamed to Chromecast well!

But the iPad with 12gig free memory will not finish the app download. It just stops at about 75% and tells me it can not download now.

So 5 star on phone and zero star on iPad...
